We are seeking a skilled SAP Data Archiving Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the security and integrity of data on file servers by managing access permissions, creating new folders with authorization, and handling annual audits.
  • Manage the process of extracting and transferring archived data to buyers, ensuring compliance with all regulations and maintaining high-quality documentation.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot software applications, including Enterprise Scan and WinViewer, to ensure seamless integration with SAP systems.
  • Activate and deactivate archive infrastructures, run catch-up archiving for new objects, and perform sweeper tasks for existing objects.
  • Provide regular updates on project progress, address impediments, and collaborate with team members to ensure knowledge sharing and effective incident resolution.
  • Assist in testing archive functionalities, including write, delete, and retrieval operations, and perform technical and functional testing for replication server migrations/upgrades.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions, documents, and presentations that meet business requirements. Your expertise will enable us to improve our data management processes, reduce risks, and enhance overall efficiency.
