Job Description:

We are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of Data-Driven Business Innovation Leader. This role requires a unique blend of technical and business skills to develop and implement business intelligence solutions that drive strategic decisions and operational improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into detailed BI requirements.
  • Lead the management of BI projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop strategic recommendations based on data analysis to enhance business processes and customer outcomes.
  • Serve as a bridge between the technical developers and business units, facilitating clear communication and project alignment.

Requirements:

  • Total 10 years of experience with Bachelor's Degree in business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field Master's preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Power BI, Tableau, Databricks, etc. with a strong focus on business analysis and project management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage BI projects and work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
