">We are seeking a highly skilled Formulation Scientist to join our team as a Liquid Oral Formulation Development Specialist. As a key member of our formulation development department, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing liquid oral formulations for regulated markets.
">Responsibilities
">1. Develop and optimize liquid oral formulations for generic/ANDA and OTC products.
">2. Conduct literature searches and patent evaluations to stay up-to-date on the latest developments in oral liquid products.
">3. Prepare and review documents such as formulation development approach papers, stability protocols and reports, drug-excipient study protocols and reports, bills of material, master formula cards, batch manufacturing records, and product development reports.
">4. Perform pre-formulation studies, including API and innovator product characterization.
">5. Manufacture lab-scale batches and evaluate in-process and finished product process parameters.
">6. Conduct formula and process optimization studies.
">7. Execute technology transfer and monitor pilot, trial/engineering, exhibit/registration batches and validation activities at plant sites.
">8. Maintain and write raw data, ensure completeness checks, and archive laboratory notebooks.
">Requirements
">1. Must have sound knowledge of oral suspension products, physical pharmacy/pharmaceutics, and hands-on experience in formulation development of liquid oral products.
">2. Experience with QbD and DoE is preferred.
">3. Good communication, writing, and interpersonal skills are required.
">Desired Candidate Profile
