As a key player in our organization, this role will involve providing top-notch customer support to ensure seamless interactions with our users. We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic professional who can handle queries via calls, emails, or chat with professionalism and courtesy.

  • This individual will be responsible for taking complete ownership of queries from initiation to resolution with proper follow-ups and documentation, maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and issues.
  • They will collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective solutions, proactively identifying customer needs and providing appropriate guidance to resolve their concerns.

Key Requirements

  • Candidate must possess an excellent command of English (spoken and written) as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in customer support or call handling is preferred but not essential. What's crucial is the ability to multitask, adapt, and remain calm under pressure while providing exceptional customer service.
