Job Description

As a SailPoint IdentityIQ specialist, you will work closely with clients to deliver IGA processes, including recertification, joiner/mover/leaver (JML), access request, segregation of duties, and role-based access control (RBAC). You will be responsible for integrating SailPoint with core systems such as ServiceNow, Active Directory, LDAP, PAM, and other identified applications.

  • Deliver comprehensive identity governance solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Configure connectors to onboard applications using out-of-the-box and custom options like Web Service, JDBC, RACF/ACF2.
  • Develop and maintain extensive access policies and rules within SailPoint to enforce access controls and mitigate risks.
  • Design and implement automated workflows and lifecycle management processes to streamline identity lifecycle events and improve efficiency.
  • Effectively communicate and demonstrate SailPoint's capabilities to stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Desired qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of professional work experience in Identity and Access Governance (IAG) domain and SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  • Deep expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ platform, including advanced configuration, customization, and development.
  • In-depth knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) principles, frameworks, and industry best practices.
  • Strong understanding of application onboarding and migration processes within the SailPoint platform.

Achieving success in this role requires effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, as well as strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and work effectively in a team environment.
