Senior Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality software solutions that meet our business requirements.

  • 8+ years of experience in full-stack development with expertise in both JavaScript and .NET.
  • Strong technical leadership skills with the ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.
  • Hands-on experience with ReactJS and .NET backend development is mandatory.
  • Proficient in CI/CD tools and pipelines, with experience in Docker or Kubernetes implementations.
  • Able to design systems using microservices, understand API standards, and adhere to security guidelines.
  • Experienced in agile methodologies such as Scrum and have a fair understanding of DevOps/IAC practices.
  • Resilient in ambiguous situations and able to approach technical challenges from different perspectives.

  • Design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions that meet our business requirements.
  • Leverage technical expertise to lead and mentor a team of developers.
  • Maintain and enhance existing software systems, ensuring they remain efficient and scalable.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to improve our software solutions.

Requirements:

  • Tech leadership skills with experience in leading and mentoring teams.
  • 8+ years of full-stack development experience with expertise in JavaScript and .NET.
  • Hands-on experience with ReactJS and .NET backend development.
  • CI/CD tool expertise, including Docker or Kubernetes implementation.
  • Microservices design and API standards understanding.
  • Agile methodology experience, including Scrum.
  • DevOps/IAC practice understanding and resilience in ambiguous situations.

Good to Have:

  • Next JS experience.
  • IAC (Infra as Code) knowledge.
