Technical Lead

We are seeking an exceptional Technical Lead to drive the development of our software solutions.

About the Role
  • This is a technical leadership role where you will be responsible for guiding teams of developers and ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deep knowledge of Redux, related technologies, and front-end frameworks such as React.
  • Strong understanding of performance optimization techniques for React applications.
  • Leadership: Proven experience in a technical leadership role, including mentoring junior developers.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills
  • Familiarity with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX).
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Knowledge of build tools and bundlers (e.g., Webpack, Babel).
