Cloud Infrastructure Specialist Role

A cloud infrastructure specialist designs and implements cloud-based solutions for clients, utilizing expertise in Azure services to manage complex systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and deploy Azure Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS) & Software as a Service (SaaS) offerings
  • Manage virtual machines, databases, storage accounts, application gateways, load balancers, Kubernetes, virtual networks, web applications firewalls, and DevOps components
  • Deploy and manage Azure tenants, subscriptions, resources, resource groups, network security groups, etc.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in administering Azure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Azure
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud infrastructure management
  • Familiarity with Azure services used for backup and disaster recovery
  • Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent Infrastructure as Code (IaC) automation tools
Preferred Qualifications
  • ITIL Foundation certification
  • Certifications: AZ-104, Azure Developer, Azure DevOps Engineer
  • Knowledge of Linux, PowerShell, BASH, cloud platform-specific automation tooling, scripting languages, software development languages, data experience, networking experience
Soft Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with teams
  • Ability to understand, remember, and apply oral and/or written instructions
