Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Junior NOC Engineer - A2P Messaging. In this position, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining network operations, managing technical issues, ensuring network security, and providing top-notch support to clients.

This is a full-time remote position that requires strong communication skills, the ability to work flexible hours, and excellent troubleshooting abilities. As a Junior NOC Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting our enterprise-level communication and messaging solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain network operations, ensuring seamless communication and messaging services.
  • Manage and troubleshoot technical issues, utilizing expertise in VOIP technologies, A2P SMS technologies, and PCAP analysis.
  • Provide 24/7 support for VAS-related issues, ensuring timely resolutions and high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement system changes to enhance efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in VOIP technologies, including familiarity with SIP and RTP protocols.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in A2P SMS technologies, including familiarity with SMPP and TCP/IP protocols.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Advanced project management skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under pressure.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working at a leading A2P operator.
  • Knowledge of Horizen messaging platform.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent reading, writing, and speaking skills.
