Frontend Developer Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Frontend Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building frontends for Ruby on Rails applications, with expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript.

The successful candidate will be responsible for translating UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces, and collaborating with Rails engineers to integrate frontend components with backend logic.

A key aspect of this role is the ability to work independently, delivering features with minimal supervision while communicating progress clearly. The ideal candidate will also have a strong eye for detail in UI implementation and design fidelity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain user-facing features for Ruby on Rails applications using Tailwind CSS, HTML, and Stimulus JS.
  • Translate UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces.
  • Collaborate with Rails engineers to integrate frontend components with backend logic.
  • Ensure accessibility, performance, and cross-browser compatibility.
Requirements:
  • 3–6 years of professional experience in frontend development.
  • Proven experience building frontends for Ruby on Rails applications.
  • Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript.
  • Tailwind CSS experience strongly preferred.
  • Stimulus JS experience preferred (or willingness to work without heavy frameworks).
