We are seeking a skilled and experienced QE professional to lead our software quality engineering team. This role is crucial in ensuring the quality of our software applications.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success building, leading, and managing a functional and technical QE team with a strong sense of quality ownership.

This is a hands-on job that requires strategic thinking and planning to provide leadership and expertise throughout the entire QA lifecycle, ensuring the success of the team's manual and automation efforts in an agile working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and enforcing Automated Software QE strategy, practices, and processes
  • Collaborating with project, business, and (QE) teams to develop detailed automated scripts, test frameworks
  • Leading and managing a functional and technical QE team with a strong sense of quality ownership
  • Ensuring the quality of software applications through effective QE leadership and management

We are looking for individuals who can estimate for low and medium complexity applications, handle/oversight a small team ranging from 2 -5 people, and guide them during the complete SDLC cycle starting from test case creation till test closure activities. If you have expertise to enforce/adhere defect or other processes in the team, and have mentored or coached at least one person, we would love to hear from you.
