  • Assisting in overall planning processes (demand planning, supply planning, and distribution planning).
  • Gathering forecasts from channel and category teams for upcoming quarters.
  • Planning inventory at warehouse level based on forecasts.
  • Monitoring inventory and planning purchase orders and inter-warehouse stock transfers.
  • Coordinating with the packaging team for planning and procurement of packaging materials.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong analytical skills to manage planning tasks independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Experience in supply and distribution planning.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree or MBA in Supply Chain Management or Operations.
  • 0–3 years of overall experience.
