Architectural Talent Wanted

Aldecor is seeking a skilled Architect to create functionally beautiful spaces that reflect clients' vision and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with team members to develop comprehensive design concepts that meet client needs and expectations.
  • Apply outstanding conceptual 3-dimensional thinking and graphic presentation skills to communicate design ideas effectively.
  • Develop detailed design documentation, including floor plans, elevations, and specifications, using Sketch Up and AUTOCAD(2D).
  • Create realistic renderings and animations using Enscape to enable clients to visualize the design concept.
  • Select furniture, finishes, lighting, and accessories, and produce material boards to ensure cohesive and aesthetically pleasing designs.
  • Follow design guidelines, building codes, and regulatory requirements to ensure safe and compliant designs.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical skills in Sketch Up, AUTOCAD(2D), Photoshop, and Enscape.
  • Excellent conceptual 3-dimensional thinking and graphic presentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate design ideas and direction effectively and quickly.
  • Strong attention to detail and technical abilities.
  • Flexibility to manage concurrent projects in various stages of development.
  • Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
  • 1-3 years of experience required in Interiors in Commercial (Office Interiors).
  • Proven experience in workplace interior design.
  • Creative and innovative thinking, with an ability to deliver unique and inspiring designs.
  • A portfolio showcasing previous work and design style.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
