We are seeking an accomplished fundraising expert to spearhead the development of a robust fundraising strategy for our Vajra project.

The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating and stewarding relationships with high-value donors, alumni, and influential networks to mobilise substantial funding support.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive fundraising plan to secure large-ticket donations from HNIs, alumni, and philanthropists;
  • Creating an extensive database of HNI/potential donors using wealth intelligence tools and personal network;
  • Collaborating with the Communications team to create high-impact presentations, events, and experiences for prospects;
  • Representing our organization at relevant networking events, donor meetings, and sector gatherings;

Required skills and qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience working with HNIs/UHNI/CSR in Tamil Nadu, Karnataka;
  • Proven track record of securing high-value donations from HNI/UHNI/Foundations/Grants;
  • Exceptional networking, relationship-building, and persuasion skills;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (bilingual - Tamil/English);
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in business, social sciences, or related fields.
