Requirements:
  • 1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 2. Professional qualification such as CA, CMA, or equivalent is highly preferred.
  • 3. Proven experience as a Finance Manager or a similar role within the architecture, engineering, or construction industry.
  • 4. In-depth knowledge of Indian accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements.
  • 5. Strong financial analysis and forecasting skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic insights.
  • 6. Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • 7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and external parties.
  • 8. Strong leadership and team management abilities with a focus on developing a high-performing finance team.
  • 9. Detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
