Clinical Data Coordinator Role Overview

Our organization is seeking a skilled Clinical Data Coordinator to oversee the management of data for ongoing clinical studies. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end data collection, cleaning, storage, quality control, and preparation of datasets for analysis, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance with research standards.

  • Ensure timely, accurate, and complete data entry and validation.
  • Perform data cleaning, query management, and discrepancy resolution.
  • Prepare data reports, summaries, and datasets for interim and final analyses.
  • Closely collaborate with clinical investigators, study coordinators, and statisticians to support study outcomes.

Key Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Clinical Research, Biostatistics, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in clinical data management (academic or industry setting).
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and documentation skills.
  • Familiarity with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and data management workflows preferred.
