This senior leadership role focuses on driving design excellence and operational efficiency in our Design & Built vertical and key co-working projects. We seek an experienced architect or interior designer with exceptional space planning skills, proven managerial capabilities, and a strong background in workplace strategy.

About the Role
  • Manage and motivate a team of architects and interior designers to achieve high performance and collaboration.
  • Coordinate resources, workload allocation, and project timelines to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Develop and guide team members through training, regular feedback, and performance reviews.
  • Promote a culture of creativity and innovation within the studio.
Design Strategy & Execution
  • Elevate our workplace strategy by integrating current trends and forward-thinking into all design solutions.
  • Conceptualize and develop innovative design concepts for co-working spaces and bespoke client projects.
  • Instill excellent space planning abilities within the team to optimize functionality, user experience, and spatial efficiency.
  • Demonstrate and deliver designs that meet the highest quality standards while adhering to brand guidelines and budget constraints.
Project Management
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of multiple projects from client briefing to schematic design, detailed design, and on-site execution.
  • Foster seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and budget-friendly project completion.
  • Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and material selections.
  • Improve studio productivity and output quality through process refinement and workflow optimization.
Client Relationships & Business Development
  • Serve as primary design point of contact for internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Present design concepts, strategies, and project updates to senior leadership and clients confidently.
  • Maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Contribute design expertise and strategic insights to business development pitches and proposals.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 12 years' experience in architecture and corporate interior design, preferably in a senior leadership role.
  • A proven track record of managing a team of design professionals.
  • Extensive experience in workplace design, corporate interiors, and full-cycle Design & Built projects.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing successful workplace projects.
Necessary Skills & Competencies
  • Leadership: Decisive and inspiring leader able to manage creative teams effectively.
  • Strategic Mindset: Strong understanding of workplace strategy, user-centric design principles, and industry trends.
  • Design Acumen: Exceptional design sensibility with outstanding space planning, conceptualization, and detailing skills.
  • Managerial Skills: Excellent organizational, project management, and time management abilities.
  • Communication: Superior verbal, written, and presentation skills to articulate complex design ideas clearly.
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Essential: High-level proficiency in Revit.
  • Proficient: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), and MS Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with AI tools like Gemini, ChatGTP.
