Job Title: Urgent Search Associate Marketing Manager

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our search associate efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving lapser reactivation and reducing lapse rates.

This role is responsible for end-to-end customer backward GTM creation and drive execution, as well as tracking and reporting performance on key input and output metrics.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for owning end-to-end AB homepage planning and driving alignment with AB category team, program teams on homepage plan, own homepage merchandising execution and support junior merchandisers in resource planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Lapser Reactivation and Reduce Lapse Rate
  • AB Homepage Management

Lapser Program Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Customer Backward GTM Creation and Drive Execution
  • Track and Report Performance on Key Input and Output Metrics

AB Homepage Management Responsibilities:

  • Own End-to-End AB Homepage Planning and Driving Alignment with AB Category Team

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3 Years of Professional Non-Internship Marketing Experience
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau Data Manipulation, Macros, Charts, and Pivot Tables
