Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement advanced machine learning pipelines and models, including large language model (LLM)-based solutions
  • Transform prototypes and research into production-grade code and deployable components
  • Design and fine-tune foundation models and LLMs for specific use cases
  • Train and optimize numeric machine-learning models
  • Apply prompt engineering and build agent-based architectures for complex task automation
  • Integrate models into backend systems and support real-time/batch inference services
  • Work with guardrails and observability tools to ensure safe and robust use of generative AI
  • Stay up-to-date with advances in AI and emerging LLM ecosystems to bring innovative capabilities to the team
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
  • 3+ years of experience building and deploying machine learning models in production environments
  • Hands-on expertise with LLM solution development and integration
  • Solid understanding of modern LLM tools and frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Autogen, Azure OpenAI Studio, Gemini Studio, and LangSmith
  • Proficiency with Python and ML libraries like PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, or Hugging Face Transformers
  • Deep understanding of agent architectures, prompt engineering, and LLM guardrails
  • Experience with CI/CD practices, version control, testing, and model governance
  • Comfortable working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Bonus: Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) or orchestration tools (e.g., MLflow, Airflow)
