Portfolio Fund Valuation Expert

The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing the entire process of securities and portfolio fund valuation for client segments. They will be responsible for calculating and reconciling NAV, income accruals, NAV movement, etc.
Key responsibilities include reviewing bank and holding reconciliations, resolving breaks if any, processing and verifying all trades for the day processed in the system, valuation and pricing of securities, coordinating with clients for trades, coordinating with registrars for unit capital files, checking and processing the same in the system, monitoring email instructions for trades and other instructions including custody instructions, computation of income equalisation and distributable surplus, computation and dissemination of NAV to the press, registrar, etc., trial balance scrutiny audit coordination and finalization of accounts.
The ideal candidate should have 3-4 years of experience in mutual fund accounting and operations, with a good understanding of capital, financial, and derivative markets, as well as various valuation tools and methodologies. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.
