We are seeking a highly skilled Application Support Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET Core, C#, and SQL database management. In addition to technical expertise, the selected individual will possess excellent problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and experience with DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps and Git.

The successful applicant will be responsible for resolving technical issues, providing timely support to clients, and communicating status updates to stakeholders. Additionally, they will analyze root causes of problems, monitor application alerts, and collaborate with design and development teams to resolve complex system issues. To excel in this role, candidates must demonstrate a proactive approach to service delivery, sound judgment, and the ability to document troubleshooting guides and FAQs.Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience in .NET Core, C# and SQL database management
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and data processing/analysis using Excel
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • DevOps: Azure DevOps
  • Source Control: GIT
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of Angular
  • Knowledge/Experience on Capital Market domain
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Resolving technical issues and providing timely support to client-facing employees and clients.
  2. Thorough knowledge of incident management processes and strong communication skills to provide timely status updates on issue resolution.
  3. Perform root cause analysis to identify the reasons for the underlying issue.
  4. Monitor all alerts related to applications and provide proactive services.
  5. Coordinate with the design and development teams to resolve complex application and system issues.
  6. Document Troubleshooting Guides and FAQs.
  7. Recommend ways to optimize business performance by presenting solutions to existing challenges.
