As a key member of the Shoppers Stop team, you will spearhead brand management and product development, driving end-to-end business activities to build a thriving private beauty brand. Your expertise in planning, formulating, and implementing strategies for higher sales will be crucial in increasing market penetration, driving revenue and profitability, and improving brand positioning.

The successful candidate will take ownership of P&L and conduct statistical analysis to determine potential growth by evaluating competitor strategies. They will provide in-depth analysis of markets, industry trends, competitors, and clients to improve planning and decision-making.

Responsibilities include establishing and enhancing product placement across highly competitive markets by devising macro strategies, ensuring achievement of quarterly marketing plans, and aligning all marketing communication strategies to support the brand. You will also accelerate future growth initiatives by deploying innovative digital solutions to drive consumer engagement with end-to-end virtual selling and marketing.
