Care Counselor

Key Role:

We seek a skilled Psychologist/Therapist to join our team. As a leading mental health service provider, we aim to deliver exceptional care and support to individuals in need.

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Psychologist/Therapist to provide counseling and therapy services for various psychological concerns. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Clinical or Counselling Psychology and at least 3 years of hands-on therapy experience.

The selected candidate will work on structured, evidence-based approaches to address anxiety, depression, OCD, behavioral, and relationship issues. We prioritize ethical, professional, and research-driven practice, providing our therapists with the opportunity to grow in a supportive and client-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized counseling and therapy services to clients
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A Master's degree in Clinical or Counselling Psychology (M.Phil / Ph.D / RCI preferred)
• At least 3 years of hands-on therapy experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic approaches
