**Job Description:**

As a senior Large Language Model (LLM) engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our organization's Gen AI delivery team. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and optimize LLM-based solutions, ensuring high-quality code, cloud integration, cross-functional collaboration, mentoring, and continuous innovation.

  • Develop and optimize LLM-based solutions using techniques like prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agent-based architectures.

  • Assist in deploying GenAI applications on cloud platforms, optimizing resource usage and ensuring robust CI/CD processes.
  • Collaborate with product owners, data scientists, and business SMEs to define project requirements, translate technical details, and deliver impactful AI products.
  • Provide technical leadership and knowledge-sharing to the engineering team, promoting best practices in machine learning and large language model development.
