Job Title: Email Marketing Specialist

This is a senior level role focused on the planning, development and execution of complex email marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle Responsys/Oracle Unity/Oracle Infinity IQ platforms and advanced SQL skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.
  • Design and manage customer workflows, segmentation, and targeting strategies.
  • Analyze data and create insights to inform campaign optimization and improve performance.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in email marketing.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience designing and managing email campaigns using Oracle Responsys.
  • Strong experience in Oracle Unity CDP implementation minimum 2 customers.
  • Experience in developing BI reports with Oracle Infinity IQ including dashboard insights.
  • Proven track record in hyper-personalization and A/B testing campaigns.
  • Proficient in SQL/PL-SQL with expertise in writing complex queries and performance optimization.
