Lead Electrical Maintenance Specialist

This Electrical Engineer role involves overseeing the development of effective maintenance strategies to minimize plant shutdowns. A critical aspect of this position is analyzing recurring equipment problems using advanced analytical tools and implementing corrective actions to reduce breakdown frequency.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Collaborate with teams to identify and address chronic equipment issues, leveraging data-driven insights for informed decision-making.
- Evaluate the impact of equipment upgrades on process efficiency and recommend strategic modifications to enhance overall system reliability.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with OEMs for timely access to replacement parts and technical support.

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in a plant operations or maintenance environment.
