Financial Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily operations of managed services, ensuring timely resolution of client issues.
- Provide support to Oracle EPM managed services team, including troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Monitor service performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless service delivery and integration with other systems.
- Stay updated on latest Oracle EPM updates and industry trends for informed support to clients.
- Manage service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Prepare regular reports on service performance and client satisfaction for senior team members.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven expertise in incidents and service requests, including configuration changes and enhancements, related to at least one of the following areas:
- Enterprise Planning Budgeting (EPBCS)
- Profitability and Cost Management (PCMCS)
- Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS)
- Account Reconciliation (ARC)
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Business Administration
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Oracle EPM Financial Close services or similar roles
- Good knowledge of Oracle EPM modules and functionalities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
- Knowledge of ITIL or other service management frameworks
