Job Title: Regulatory Compliance Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Compliance Lead to oversee the development and implementation of our quality management systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our business operations align with industry regulations and standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and improve the quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards
  • Draft and review policies and procedures within the management system
  • Plan and conduct internal audits for each certification and accreditation
  • Investigate departures from the management system and initiate corrective actions as necessary
  • Collaborate with IT, HR, and security teams to enhance security measures
  • Analyze data and prepare reports on the performance of the management system

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cyber Security, or Quality Assurance
  • Certified Internal Auditor on ISO 27001 or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience in implementing ISO 9001 and ISO 27001
  • Highly competent with MS Office suite, particularly SharePoint Lists, Power BI, and Visio
  • Strong leadership skills, good listener, and ability to interact with colleagues
