Automating Healthcare Workflows with Intelligent Machines

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will develop and deploy machine learning models to enhance and automate core revenue cycle management workflows. You will work on challenging problems in automation and optimization using advanced ML techniques, collaborating closely with engineering to deliver intelligent features that seamlessly integrate into our healthcare platform.
This role requires strong programming skills in Python, proficiency in SQL and Unix environments, and experience with deep learning and neural network architectures. Familiarity with training and fine-tuning LLMs or generative AI models is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this position.
Qualifications- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience building, evaluating, and deploying ML models
- Strong programming skills in Python, with proficiency in SQL and Unix environments
- Experience with deep learning and neural network architectures (preferred)
- Familiarity with training and fine-tuning LLMs or generative AI models (bonus)
