We are looking for a talented Backend Engineer to join our founding team at SalesAgents AI.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable backend systems that power our multi-lingual AI voicebot salesperson. Your focus will be on building efficient and secure architectures that enable seamless customer interactions across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop scalable backend systems using modern technologies such as microservices, containers, and cloud infrastructure.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend engineers, product managers, and data scientists to ensure seamless integration and deployment of new features.
  3. Develop and maintain high-quality code that adheres to industry standards and best practices.
  4. Identify and mitigate potential security risks and vulnerabilities in the system.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in backend engineering with a strong focus on scalability, security, and performance.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Go.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Experience with containerization using Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes.
