Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain automation scripts using advanced Playwright tools (JavaScript/TypeScript preferred).
  • Design and implement comprehensive test plans, test cases, and automation frameworks for functional, regression, and integration testing.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines effectively (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
  • Collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, and product managers to ensure thorough test coverage and timely delivery.
  • Identify, log, and track software defects; assist in root cause analysis and debugging.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Engineering or bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification with a minimum 4-10 years of relevant hands-on experience in Testing field.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in advanced Playwright development.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript is required.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and SDLC is essential.

Desirable Skills:

  • Familiarity with API Automation testing tools like Rest Assured or any equivalent tool.
  • Experience with BDD frameworks like Cucumber.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based test execution platforms (e.g., Sauce Labs, BrowserStack).
  • Familiarity with performance and security testing concepts.
