Job Summary:
As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for leading the management of all aspects of our Information Technology infrastructure, software systems, networks, devices, servers, firewalls, and security. Your role will involve leading strategic direction and ensuring the efficiency, effectiveness, and security of our IT operations, aligning them with our overall business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of our IT infrastructure to meet business demands.
- Lead initiatives for system upgrades, migrations, and integrations as necessary, with a focus on end-to-end transformation.
- Develop, implement, and govern Information Security programs, including policies and procedures to protect enterprise-wide assets and systems from threats.
- Drive audits and enforce compliances, IT risk evaluations, SOC 24-7, and BC/DR management to maintain consistency and accountability across the organization.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate security risks through proactive measures, risk management frameworks, including technical controls, assessments on applications and infrastructure to ensure security controls are in place.
- Define and maintain our organization's security architecture, including network security, cloud security, and endpoint security.
- Oversee security operations, including incident response, security incident investigation, threat intelligence, and vulnerability management to ensure timely detection and resolution of security incidents.
- Establish a threat modeling framework and secure SDLC framework to ensure 100% compliance of applications and platforms.
- Promote a culture of security awareness and education throughout the organization.
- Provide guidance on risk and technical controls across the organization.
- Develop a Data Loss Prevention framework to ensure the highest level of data integrity, confidentiality, and availability controls.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure the security of outsourced systems and services.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of information security professionals.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of successfully connecting with IT teams and delivering technology-driven business solutions.
- Relevant experience in BFSI with an understanding of security controls frameworks such as NIST FSS, CIS, ISO, and other regulatory requirements.
- Should possess experience of cybersecurity program management across IT domains (Infrastructure, Application, Enterprise Architect).
- Experience of conducting audits, statutory compliance, monitoring, and controls testing.
- Extensive experience of managing senior leaders/top management while leading Information Security management portfolios.
- Engineering/ equivalent technical qualification from a reputed college/university.
- Relevant certifications (Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent certification) in the field of information and cybersecurity.
