Technical Support Engineer - User Experience

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve technical issues and clarify unexpected behaviors across web, chat, email, and calls, providing timely and effective resolutions to customers.
  • Dive deep into the ServiceNow platform using logs, dev tools, and your expertise to find answers and drive results.
  • Collaborate with global teams to continuously enhance product usability and performance, fostering a culture of innovation and improvement.
  • Bring clarity to complexity whether it's a tricky AJAX call or a UI glitch, you'll untangle the knots and deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Share feedback that shapes future products, tools, and internal processes, ensuring customer needs are met and exceeded.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow (Support, Implementation, or Development), with a strong understanding of its capabilities and limitations.
  • Knowledge of AngularJS, AJAX, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, XML, and other relevant technologies.
  • BASIC grasp of OOP principles & SQL, with the ability to apply them in real-world scenarios.
  • Solid debugging chops – logs, root cause analysis, platform performance – with a focus on delivering quick and effective resolutions.
  • Excellent communication – both spoken and written – with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts to various audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience, with a strong foundation in software development and engineering.
