Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Project Coordinator to oversee the execution of our interior design projects in Ahmedabad. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and maintaining the highest quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage project plans to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, and execution teams, to resolve operational challenges.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate project coordinators, site engineers, and support staff to drive project success.
  • Identify, appoint, and negotiate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to meet project requirements.
  • Prepare project budgets, monitor expenses, and control operational costs to optimize profitability.
  • Serve as a point of escalation for operational concerns and provide strategic guidance to team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and minimum 3 years of experience in project management.
