Job Summary

As a seasoned Oracle Financial Systems Consultant with Insight Global, you will leverage your extensive expertise in Oracle enterprise resource planning (ERP) to deliver high-quality financial implementation and upgrade experience with a focus on General Ledger, Intercompany, Projects, Fixed Assets, and Financial Accounting Hub (FAH). Your exceptional knowledge of the Tax engine and other financial subledgers, such as Cash in and Cash out, will be instrumental in driving business outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement Oracle financial solutions that align with our clients' strategic objectives;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of financial systems and processes;
  • Analyze business requirements and develop innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of our clients;
  • Lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagements, ensuring highly performant, integrated software solutions within time and budget constraints;
  • Provide thought leadership and expert guidance on Oracle financial systems and best practices to our clients and internal stakeholders;
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation;
  • Responsible for providing consistent and innovative solution leadership to project teams.

Requirements
  • Minimum 5-15 years of experience in Oracle ERP implementation and upgrade projects, with a strong focus on financial systems;
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality financial solutions that meet or exceed client expectations;
  • Exceptional knowledge of Oracle financial modules, including General Ledger, Intercompany, Projects, Fixed Assets, and Financial Accounting Hub (FAH);
  • Strong understanding of the Tax engine and other financial subledgers, such as Cash in and Cash out;
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams;
  • Strong business process experience in cloud/e-Business Suite (EBS) environments, with a focus on financial systems and processes;
  • Ability to build customized Oracle reports in OTBI and BI Publisher reports and templates;
  • Good knowledge of SQL and script writing;
  • Rich functional, technical, and industry knowledge to diagnose complex issues and develop appropriate recommendations;
  • Excellent knowledge of SOAP/REST APIs, Java, XML, PL/SQL, Web Services, and a good understanding of Oracle DBA support and OS Support relevant to the Oracle Cloud environment;
  • Understanding of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and fusion applications, with a deep understanding of data and application integrations, API lifecycle management, configuring adapters, and data mapping;
  • Minimum 2 implementations of Oracle R2R and 5 years of support experience in modules like GL, FA, FAH, Project Accounting, and Intercompany;
  • Qualified with enterprise architecture thinking, and advisory & consulting mindset.
