Job Description:

We seek an experienced data integration specialist to design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Matillion ELT and Snowflake.

The ideal candidate will work extensively with Matillion ELT to create efficient data pipelines, utilize Snowflake for data warehousing, collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in research, and implement new technologies to improve data workflows.

  • Responsibilities include developing, testing, and deploying production-ready Matillion workflows and Snowflake objects, performing code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards, providing ongoing maintenance and support for existing data pipelines and ETL processes, collaborating with stakeholders, identifying and mitigating risks, mentoring junior team members, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, the candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in Matillion ELT and Snowflake.
  • Strong knowledge of data integration, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
