Visual Merchandising Professional

We are seeking a skilled Visual Merchandiser to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing visual merchandising strategies, designing engaging store displays, and managing vendor relationships.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive visual merchandising strategy aligned with brand guidelines
  • Design and execute store window displays, focal points, and material displays to highlight key products and promotions
  • Source and procure visual merchandising and styling props
  • Adapt and implement visual merchandising strategies across regional stores
  • Research lifestyle, demographics, and design trends to stay ahead of the competition
Styling Requirements
  • Style experience centers and homes designed for photo and video shoots
  • Manage inventory and coordinate between teams including photographers, interior designers, and marketing professionals
  • Schedule and manage photo/video shoots with multiple people involved
  • Cull pictures for editing and style 3D rendered images
Vendor Management
  • Acquire quotations from vendors and compare prices to ensure quality products at the best price
  • Follow up with vendors to ensure execution of windows and other areas within the specified schedule
  • Ensure payment to vendors and follow up on billing processes weekly
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in visual merchandising, interior design, or related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in visual merchandising, preferably 4-6 years in home interior or home furnishing industry
  • Strong creative and design skills
  • Proficiency in SketchUp or 3D Max software and other relevant design tools
  • Knowledge of home interiors and styling
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
