Senior Financial Manager

- Lead and mentor the finance team, driving continuous improvement and professional development.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial regulations.
- Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and audit management.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- High degree of integrity and attention to detail.
