Job Opportunity:

The Compliance Manager position plays a vital role in ensuring effective compliance monitoring across residential child care facilities.

The Compliance Manager will collaborate closely with senior management teams to ensure accurate reporting and adherence to regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily child location reviews to ensure accurate records and safeguarding practices.
  • Examine quality reports to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Verify documentation, maintain utility certificates, and ensure all documents are accurate and updated in systems.
  • Manage centralized audit trackers and ensure timely updates.
  • Identify gaps, trends, or non-compliance issues and escalate as necessary.
