Job Title: Resident AV Engineer

We are seeking a skilled technical professional to manage and maintain audio-visual systems for seamless day-to-day operations.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage onsite AV operations, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
  • Provide daily support for AV-enabled meeting rooms, conference spaces, and event areas.
  • Set up, test, and operate AV equipment, including video conferencing, projectors, displays, microphones, speakers, and control systems.
  • Support live events, presentations, hybrid meetings, and town halls.
  • Diagnose and resolve AV system issues in real-time with minimal disruption.
  • Coordinate with remote teams and vendors for escalations.
  • Perform routine checks, system reboots, and preventive maintenance.
  • Administer AV systems, monitoring equipment health, firmware updates, and usage reports.
  • Ensure VC platforms integrate smoothly with in-room technology.
  • Maintain asset records, documentation, and standard operating procedures.
">Requirements:
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of AV systems (Crestron, AMX, Extron, Poly, Cisco, Logitech, Biamp, QSC, Shure) and video conferencing platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, Webex).
  • Experience: 3–6 years of hands-on AV support experience with Polycom, Logitech, and Videowall Controller technology.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving ability, strong communication, and customer service orientation.
