Key Job Details

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative professional to join our team as a Client Servicing Executive.

This role involves working closely with experienced designers, copywriters, and senior client servicing professionals on real branding, campaign, and digital projects.

As a Client Servicing Executive, you will assist in managing day-to-day communication with clients, understanding their needs, and helping deliver timely responses.

You will work closely with our internal teams to understand briefs, organize deliverables, and see how great work is built from the ground up.

You will also participate in brainstorms, brand strategy discussions, and creative idea reviews, adding your voice to shape powerful brand work.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, and 2 years of experience in client servicing, preferably at a creative, branding, or digital agency.

They will be a strong communicator, curious, proactive, and willing to learn from senior team members.

They will be comfortable juggling multiple tasks and deadlines and not afraid to ask questions.

Familiarity with digital platforms and a willingness to explore new tools (AI experience is a bonus but not a must) is required.

Candidates should be comfortable working with designers, writers in a hybrid setup.
