We are seeking a seasoned Zuora professional with expertise in end-to-end testing of Zuora systems, encompassing Billing, Subscription Management, and Payments. This role requires someone who has worked extensively on testing Zuora modules and integrations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform manual functional testing of Zuora Billing, Subscription, and Payments modules.
  • Validate subscription lifecycle, invoicing, data flows, and integrations with external systems.
  • Create and execute test cases, scenarios, and detailed test reports.
  • Log, track, and manage defects through resolution.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams during UAT cycles.
Required Skills
  • Strong hands-on experience in manual/functional testing on Zuora.
  • Understanding of subscription billing, invoicing, and revenue management processes.
  • Experience using test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to Salesforce or ERP integrations with Zuora.
  • Basic knowledge of Zuora APIs.
