Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

Description:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire finance and accounting lifecycle, including petty cash, expense claims, vendor compliance, accounts receivable, and daily reports.
  • This role requires strong organizational skills to generate and distribute invoices to clients, track receivables, and follow up on overdue accounts in a timely manner.
  • In addition to daily business reporting, this position involves supporting the finance team with ad-hoc data analysis, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining consistency in dashboards and reports.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Finance or a related field is essential for this role.
  • Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in a similar finance or accounting position.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, and QuickBooks is required.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable Management: Manage accounts payable and receivable, including vendor compliance and invoicing.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
