Role Summary

The finance leader will oversee all financial operations, ensuring fiscal discipline and regulatory compliance. This role is critical to supporting business growth in a premium market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models
  • Advise leadership on cost optimization, capital allocation, and ROI analysis
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity

Accounting & Compliance

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting, invoicing, and payroll
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (GST, TDS, PT, Income Tax)
  • Coordinate internal and external audits

Procurement & Cost Control

  • Collaborate with procurement and operations to track material costs and vendor payments
  • Implement cost control measures across supply chain and manufacturing units

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare monthly MIS reports, variance analysis, and board-level dashboards
  • Analyze financial data to support strategic decisions and performance reviews

Systems & Process Improvement

  • Recommend and implement financial systems
  • Streamline documentation and approval workflows for finance-related processes

Qualifications & Skills

CA / MBA (Finance) / CMA preferred

5–10 years in financial management, preferably in manufacturing or construction

Budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, compliance, Excel, Tally/SAP

Detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, strong communicator

Excellent communication, and presentation skills
