Global Education Consultant

The Role of a Global Education Consultant:

A Global Education Consultant provides expert guidance to students interested in studying abroad. The primary responsibilities include developing in-depth knowledge of various countries' education systems and requirements. This involves research, networking with international institutions, and staying updated on global education trends.

Key Responsibilities Include:

1. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with international universities and institutions.
2. Conducting end-to-end processes for students, from initial counseling to visa processing.
3. Assisting students in preparing and reviewing application documents (forms, essays, SOPs, CVs).
4. Providing information on universities, courses, admission requirements, and application processes.
5. Counseling students on visa requirements, financial planning, and scholarship opportunities.
6. Conducting orientation sessions for students about living and studying abroad.
7. Staying updated with international education policies, admission deadlines, and university updates.
8. Building and maintaining strong relationships with universities and academic institutions abroad.
9. Handling student queries through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
10. Keeping proper records of student applications and following up until admission/visa completion.
11. Supporting marketing and promotional activities such as seminars, education fairs, and webinars.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of international education systems and trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
