Job Summary

This role is responsible for defining, planning, and delivering complex programs that require cross-functional collaboration and management of interdependencies between projects and activities within scope, quality, time, and budget constraints.

The Senior Program Director will be responsible for managing a team of internal exempt and/or matrixed employees and contractors to deliver solutions for the business. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in Business Consulting Group roles, with a strong background in US Healthcare and Project Management.

Responsibilities

The Senior Program Director will work closely with business and technical organizations to drive out program strategy and approach. They will organize, plan, and maintain a program roadmap consisting of cross-functional activities/projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working with business and technical organizations to assemble project teams
  • Leading Project Managers and Program teams in developing and maintaining comprehensive plans for a defined program
  • Collaborating with Executive Sponsors and Business Owners to achieve program objectives
  • Acquiring an understanding of business objectives for an assigned area
  • Monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on program status inclusive of scope, schedule, budget, and alignment to program and strategic goals
  • Directing corrective action as needed to maintain program viability
  • Developing and maintaining positive customer relationships
  • Delivering presentations of project status to effectively communicate throughout the project lifecycle
  • Adhering to Highmark project management methods, project lifecycle methodologies, and audit requirements

Requirements

Candidates must have a strong background in Stakeholder management, self-exploratory thinking, and individual contribution. Associate who has worked directly with US Healthcare Business stakeholder management for a long period is preferred. If you have experience working in BA along with US presales and consulting experience, it would also be beneficial for this role.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
