As a seasoned Financial Systems Lead, you will be instrumental in driving the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion GL, AR, AP, CM and FA modules. Your expertise will enable clients to harness the full potential of these systems, streamlining financial processes and improving overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Implementation and Support: Drive the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion GL, AR, AP, CM and FA modules, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.">
  • Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with clients to gather business requirements, lead solutioning sessions and provide recommendations for business process improvements.">
  • Technical Expertise: Utilize your technical expertise to define systems strategy, document business requirements, lead fit-gap analysis, as-is and to-be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs), functional configuration, testing and user training.">
  • Team Collaboration: Work independently and manage multiple task assignments, exercising mature judgment to resolve complex issues.">
  • Communication: Possess strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (Visio, PowerPoint, Excel).">

Qualifications:

  • ">
  • 2+ years of experience in implementing Oracle Fusion Financials modules.">
  • 4+ years of experience implementing combinations of Oracle Fusion General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivables (AR), Accounts Payables (AP), Cash Management (CM), Sub-ledger Accounting (SLA) and Fixed Assets (FA).">
  • Proven track record of defining systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to-be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs), functional configuration, testing and user training.">
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.">
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.">
