Company Overview:

Univest Communication Technologies Private Limited offers a unique opportunity for a Product Data Analyst to join their team. The role involves turning business questions into data analysis to make data-driven decisions and recommendations. This position requires strong analytical skills, experience with SQL and Python, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop data analysis strategies to inform business decisions and drive product growth.
  • Create visual displays of quantitative information to deliver effective presentations of findings and recommendations to multiple levels of leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand their business needs and formulate end-to-end analysis.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in business/product analysis, data analytics, and data warehousing.
  • Develop and automate reports, iteratively build and prototype dashboards to provide insights at scale, solving for analytical needs.
  • Have experimentation at the core of what you do, owning and evangelizing data-driven experimentation in the team to improve the product offerings.
  • Document data-driven experimentation and its impact on product offerings.
  • Experience with querying massive scale data with BigQuery is preferred.
  • Experience with reporting and dashboarding with tools like Tableau, Google Analytics etc.
  • Strong hands-on experience with SQL and Python.
  • Good understanding of statistical analysis, data warehousing, and data modeling.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet changing deadlines, and priorities on multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Enjoy working in both individual and team environments.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Comp Science, Engineering, or other technical field.
  • 2-3 years of experience performing quantitative analysis, preferably for an Internet or technology company.
  • Good understanding of mobile and Internet products, growth strategies, and business dynamics.
