Automation Lead Position

Our organization is seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our Robotic Process Automation (RPA) team. As the RPA Automation Lead, you will oversee the design, development, and deployment of RPA solutions to enhance business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of RPA developers in the creation, testing, and deployment of RPA solutions using platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize automation opportunities and ensure the design and implementation of RPA solutions align with business objectives.
  • Design, develop, and maintain RPA bots to automate repetitive, rule-based tasks, ensuring they are scalable, maintainable, and compliant with industry best practices.
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to RPA developers and analysts, ensuring they adhere to coding standards, development methodologies, and best practices.
  • Oversee the management of RPA projects, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and tracking project milestones.
  • Perform process assessments to analyze business requirements and identify processes suitable for automation.
  • Conduct regular reviews and performance tuning of implemented bots to ensure optimal performance.

You will work closely with IT, business analysts, and other technical teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality across systems.

Requirements and Skills:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in RPA development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or similar.
  • Expertise in process automation, workflow design, and business process management.
  • Strong programming skills in VB.NET, C#, JavaScript, or similar languages.
  • Experience with Agile or Scrum project management methodologies.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with cross-functional teams, and the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into automation workflows.
