Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Software Development Instructor to lead our training programs at Anudip Foundation For Social Welfare. As a Software Development Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering live-in person/virtual classes to train learners on Core Java, Advanced Java and Frameworks.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting live-in person/virtual classes to train learners on Core Java, Advanced Java and Frameworks
  • Facilitating and supporting learners' progress/journey to deliver personalized blended learning experience and achieve desired skill outcome
  • Evaluating and grading learners Project Report, Project Presentation and other documents.
  • Mentoring learners during support, project and assessment sessions.
  • Developing, validating and implementing learning content, curriculum and training programs whenever applicable
  • Liaising and supporting respective teams with schedule planning, learner progress, academic evaluation, learning management, etc
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Proficiency in Core Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlet, JavaScript, HTML5, jQuery, CSS3, Ajax, Angular, React JS, REST
  • Experience in Struts 2.0/Spring 5.0 frameworks and above
  • Worked in Webserver/Application Server usage
  • Good analysis or problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and delivery skills
  • Additional Advantage: Knowledge of Liferay, Omnicom
  • Strong expertise on Java technology stack (Core Java, Advance Java, Spring, Spring Boot, JPA, Hibernate, Struts, Webservices)
  • Good Knowledge of Database (SQL)
